Before I attended the Bamboo Ceiling^® Program/Asian American Leadership Workshop, I didn’t know that I had all of these cultural traits and values that were in conflict with each other. It took the other participants, the coach, and some soul searching on my part to realize that I wasn’t seeing myself very clearly.
