I worked with Jane for over an 8 month period (once every 4-6 weeks), as my company saw me as a 'high potential' leader and assigned me to her as my coach. During that short time frame, we completed an objective assessment of my strengths and weaknesses as a manager. Once that was done, she worked with me on soft skills development, including assertiveness training and presentation skills enhancement, and helped me to develop a game plan for the rest of my career in this industry.
