The Possibilities of an Empty Classroom

I’ve always been intrigued by the possibilities of an empty classroom, long before anyone arrives for a new learning session! As I prepare, I like to ponder:

🔔 Who are the people and personalities who will show up?
🔔 What tricky challenges can we tackle together?
💡 What innovative thought(s) and actions will emerge from our work together?

Less than 24 hours after meeting participants from this Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP), I’m overwhelmed by the sheer raw intelligence, curiosity, honesty, and collaborative spirit demonstrated by this superb group of executives.

This ELDP cohort reminded me of the importance of MINDSET in the journey of building cultural fluency and sustaining high performance in our workplaces.  And mindset is the necessary starting point and motivation that spurs us on to developing adaptive leadership behaviors.
